Summary: Koraal Tabak is a tranquil hiking area, bordering the Sint Jorisbaai and the wild north coast. Its characteristic features area unique natural pyramid and a cave with cultural historic artifacts. Tip for Bird watchers: bring your binoculars.

Walking/Hiking trails
There are many walking trails in this area and therefore many possible hiking tours. If you enter the area and walk directly to the Sint Jorisbaai, you will pass by the ruins of the former plantation Koraal Tabak. The plantation house is in a deplorable state and uninhabited but it's still interesting to take a peek. When you have completed your walk in Koraal Tabak, continue north to Santa Catharina, or south to Groot Sint Joris.

Other recreation
The southern part of Koraal Tabak has an old drag racing track, a horse racing track and a skelter-race track. 'Wonderful Beach' and Playo Carlo are perfect for windsurfing.
