The islands Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius and Sint Maarten form the Netherlands Antilles.

Geographically, the Netherlands Antllles falls within the Atlantic Standard Time Zone:  one hour ahead of U.S. Eastern Standard Time (and the same as Eastern Daylight Time); 5 hours behind GMT, 6 hours during daylight saving time (i.e. European summers).
