This tour will demonstrate the wonders of the sea. Not only as its home to colorful fish and wonderful coral formations, but also as a natural jacuzzi, a fountain and even a musical instrument. Discover not only its beauty, but also its power! We go snorkeling in the unspoiled nature, at places tucked away from the general public. A true day out for nature and off-road enthusiasts.

This full day tour will last from 09.00 hours till 16.00 hours.Adjustments to the time schedule can be considered. You will be picked up from
your accommodation, dock or location of choice.

• Cruise tourists will be picked up at their dock of berthing: You will be allowed to disembark the ship approx half an hour after docking. At a pre-arranged time your guide will be waiting for you at the meeting point. Of course the guide will wait on you if there are any delays and we will adjust the tour to fit the time available. Once you have booked your tour, you will receive detailed instructions on how to reach the meeting point and how to recognize your guide! If your cruise ship doesn't dock at all, we will refund your payment. Cruise passengers will be dropped off at their dock of berthing at least 1 hour before departure of the ship. 

We start the tour at the wide-open planes of the “mini desert”, where you'll visit an ancient cave which pocket the rocky northern coastline and discover some of the islands intense geological history. Your guide will take you to several isolated bays where big breakers crash into the coral cliffs and exotic birds like herons, frigate-birds, and Caracaras can be spotted.

Highlights include:

• Kueba di Brua: The largest of the caves, with several bat inhabited chambers and impressive stalagmite and stalactite formations. Listen to  your guide create unique music! This cave was used for voodoo rituals by former slaves on the island.

• Boka Ascension: reached by a narrow 4x4 trail, this gorgeous isolated bay is home to herons and gulls, and is one of the few bays where sea turtles can frequently be spotted from land.

• Supladó, a natural Jacuzzi, where sea-water and foam is sprayed through a chute into the air displaying colorful fountains and rainbows. You can bathe in the shallow warm water surrounding the Supladó and watch the spectacular show from close by.

When you've had a look around you'll be served a lazy picnic lunch, before getting back in the Land cruiser and driving further to the viewpoint at Playa Forti. Enjoy the amazing view of the many small fishermen's boats and Westpoint.

We end this full day tour at Lagun Beach: Enjoy the colorful fish, sea turtles and beautiful coral formations or lie still in calm waters and let yourself lull awash in gentle warm waves.
